From Paro International Airport (PBH)

Distance: Approximately 51 km
Estimated Travel Time: About 1.5 hours by car

Arrive at Paro International Airport, which is the only international airport in Bhutan.
Acquire a local taxi or book a car through your travel agent or hotel.
Drive towards Thimphu on the Paro-Thimphu highway.
Upon reaching Thimphu, follow the signs to the Dochula Pass.

From Thimphu City Center

Distance: Approximately 22 km
Estimated Travel Time: About 45 minutes by car

Hire a taxi or book a car tour to Dochula Pass.
Drive north from Thimphu city center on the Thimphu-Punakha highway.
Continue the ascent until reaching the pass.

Public Transportation

Public transportation is limited and may not be the most convenient option for reaching Dochula. Tourists are advised to use taxis or a car hire service for a direct and comfortable journey.
