The Ganesh Temple at Kumbhalgarh is an ancient shrine located within the Kumbhalgarh Fort complex, in Rajsamand district of Rajasthan, India. Known for its architectural grandeur and historical significance, this temple holds a special place in the hearts of devotees. The fort itself is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and boasts the second-longest wall in the world, next only to the Great Wall of China. The Ganesh Temple stands out for its simplicity and the serene ambiance that surrounds it. It is said to have been built during the 15th century during the rule of Rana Kumbha, the creator of Kumbhalgarh fort. The temple is dedicated to Lord Ganesha, revered as the deity of wisdom and remover of obstacles in Hinduism. It houses a large idol of Ganesha, unique because of its mammoth size, made from a single block of stone. The idol is believed to be naturally formed, also known as 'Swayambhu'. Due to its location within the fort, visitors also get treated to panoramic views of the surrounding Aravalli Range.

Looking forward to visit the temple again.
It is must visit if you are in Ranthambore. Climbing up the stairs is simple. Looks tough but relatively easy if you are not rushing up.
