Kumar Pal Temple is a stunning temple located in Palitana, a town in Bhavnagar district of Gujarat, India, renowned for its spectacular cluster of Jain temples. It is one of the temples positioned in the sacred Shatrunjaya hill town, which is considered one of the most important pilgrimage sites for Jains. The temple is dedicated to the 63rd Salakapurusa, Kumar Pal, a historical figure who was a devout Jain and a patron of the religion. It is wildly recognized for its exquisite marble carvings, intricate designs, and statues depicting various Tirthankaras of Jainism. The architecture is a fine example of the Maru-Gurjara style, characterized by complex patterns and detailed sculptural work.
