It is perched atop a hill and is approximately 7 kilometers from the town of Narendra Nagar. The place has a strong mythological connection, as it is believed to be the spot where the serpent king was enthroned by the Pandavas during their exile in the Mahabharata. During the annual fair in November, the temple witnesses a large influx of visitors for festivities.
