Best Time To Visit Fun Valley Water Park (Dehradun) In 2026 - 2027

Best Time to Visit Fun Valley Water Park, Dehradun

The ideal time to visit Fun Valley Water Park in Dehradun is during the summer months, which stretch from March to June. This period is perfect as the weather is warm enough to enjoy the water-based attractions without being uncomfortably hot. During summers, the temperatures range from 20°C to 35°C, ensuring a refreshing escape from the heat for both adults and children alike. The park generally opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 6:00 PM during these months, giving visitors ample time to enjoy the various rides and attractions.

However, it is advised to avoid planning your visit during the monsoon season, which typically occurs from late June to September. The heavy rainfall can sometimes lead to disruptions in the park's operation and could potentially dampen the overall experience. Though the park remains operational on most days, it's best to check the weather forecast and with the park's management for the day you plan to visit. The post-monsoon period from October to November is another favorable time, with the weather still being temperate and the natural scenery around Dehradun becoming especially lush, making it a visually delightful experience.
