During this period, the weather in Manali is pleasantly warm and sunny, which is perfect for exploring the outdoor beauty and cultural landmarks like the Roerich gallery. The summers in Manali see temperatures ranging from 10°C to 25°C, offering tourists a respite from the heat of the plains. Moreover, the clear days of summer and early autumn provide an excellent backdrop for the enchanting paintings of Nicholas Roerich, highlighting the mystical beauty of the Himalayas that inspired his work.

Visitors should note that Monsoon season, occurring from late July to mid-September, can bring unexpected rainfalls and occasional landslides, which can cause temporary travel disruptions. However, for those interested in the lush green landscapes that come alive during the rains, this could provide another perspective on the region that Roerich captured in his art. The winters, starting from November to April, are extremely cold and the area experiences heavy snowfall, which might hinder access to the gallery. Therefore, spring (May to June) and autumn (September to October) are the most favorable seasons for a visit, combining good weather with the enjoyable peace of lesser tourist crowds.
