Best Time to Visit Brahma Kumaris Spiritual University & Museum, Mount Abu

When considering a visit to the tranquil setting of the Brahma Kumaris Spiritual University & Museum in Mount Abu, Rajasthan, the most favorable time for your journey would be during the winter months, specifically from November to March. During this period, the weather in Mount Abu is pleasantly cool and perfect for exploring the serene surroundings without the discomfort of the scorching heat common in other parts of Rajasthan. The daytime temperatures hover around 12°C to 29°C, providing an ideal climate for outdoor activities and attending the spiritual sessions offered at the University. Additionally, this time of year aligns with various cultural festivals which provide a unique glimpse into the local heritage and traditions.

Visitors should also note that the monsoon season, from July to September, brings a lush greenery to the landscape, which can be quite attractive, though the rains might cause some inconveniences for outdoor activities. On the other hand, the summer months, from April to June, are generally less recommended due to the intense heat with temperatures soaring up to 33°C, which might not be conducive to a comfortable visit. Regardless of the season, it is advisable to carry appropriate clothing: warm clothes for the chilly winter evenings and raincoats or umbrellas during monsoon. Also, keep in mind that during peak season, it is wise to book accommodations in advance as Mount Abu is a popular escape for both spiritual seekers and tourists looking for respite from the heat.
