Gujarat Science City, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, is a sprawling complex dedicated to science education and entertainment. Spread over 107 hectares, it was developed by the Government of Gujarat to cultivate a scientific temperament and promote creative thinking among the general public, especially children. The Science City offers an amalgamation of educational and recreational activities, with a host of facilities like an IMAX 3D theatre, a thrilling Energy Park, a Life Science Park consisting of a walk-through the prehistoric dinosaur park, and botanical gardens that exhibit plant diversity. It also houses interactive and experiential exhibits covering various streams of science and technology, thus turning learning into an enjoyable experience. With a host of different halls dedicated to space, cosmos, and natural sciences, one can spend an entire day and still find more to explore. Regular exhibitions and workshops make it a continuous hub of activity and learning.

Not worth seeing

The 4D experience and the aquatic centre were good, rest of the museum hardly anything worked. All the interactive exhibits were either broken or didn't work for whatever reason. Save your money, don'..

The location is easily reachable. The ticket counter needs upgrade and u need to keep extra 1/2 hour of getting tickets. The plan of the city is simple and directions are placed at every corner. Gold ..

Donâ€™t try to cover it in one day if you really want to learn something out of it. IMAX 3D movies is the best part. Rest is ok ok.

Only for Aquatic and Robotics

Aquatic Gallery, Robotics Gallery and nature park are the only places worth visiting. Rest of the places lack mantainance and cleaning. Very few areas have ramp and lift facilities.
