Jain Temples in Jaisalmer are a group of Jain temples situated within the Jaisalmer Fort complex in Rajasthan, India. Dating back to the 12th and 15th centuries, these temples are dedicated to various Jain Tirthankaras. Carved entirely out of yellow sandstone, the same stone that is found abundantly in the region, these temples are a striking embodiment of Rajasthani architecture. Intricate carvings, detailed workmanship on the walls, and the ceilings depict scenes from Jain mythology, making them a visual marvel. The temples are interconnected through a series of corridors and walkways, leading visitors through a serene journey of spiritual and artistic splendor. Among these temples, the ones dedicated to Rikhabdevji and Sambhavnathji are quite famous. A pilgrimage site for Jains, these temples also attract tourists and history enthusiasts from around the world for their unique religious and cultural significance.
