Soochipara Falls, also known as Sentinel Rock Waterfalls, is a majestic three-tiered waterfall located in the heart of Wayanad, Kerala, India. This stunning cascade falls from a height of approximately 200 meters, offering breathtaking views and an invigorating experience to visitors. Nestled in the dense evergreen forests of the Western Ghats, Soochipara Falls is encircled by lush greenery and diverse wildlife. The name 'Soochipara' can be translated to 'Needle Rock' due to the needle-shaped rock formation near the falls. The journey to the waterfalls involves a picturesque hike through the verdant forest, which takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Once at the falls, adventurers have the opportunity to engage in activities such as swimming, water rafting, and rock climbing, making it an ideal destination for nature lovers and thrill-seekers alike.
