Hemkund Parvat Tourism

Hemkund Sahib, also known as Hemkund Parvat, is a prominent Sikh place of pilgrimage situated at an altitude of 4,633 meters above sea level in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, India. Nestled amidst the stunning Himalayan ranges, this holy site is dedicated to Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru, who is said to have meditated here. Surrounded by seven snow-clad peaks and a glacial lake, Hemkund Sahib is acclaimed for its breathtaking natural beauty. The lake's crystal-clear water reflects the scenic beauty of the encircling Saptashringa peaks. The gurudwara is architecturally distinct, with a star-shaped structure adorning the landscape.
