According to legend, the temple's deity is said to feed jackals daily, a practice engaged in by the temple priests. The surrounding area is dotted with charming hamlets, showcasing traditional Kutchi culture. Visitors can relish the splendid views, especially during sunset when the desert sky is painted with vibrant hues.

Lovely view point.

Lovely view of the White Rann. Take a good pair of binoculars if you have one as the ones for hire are a bit rubbish. Roads are a lot better now than they use to be.
