Prag Mahal is a 19th-century palace located next to the Aina Mahal in Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat, India. Designed by Colonel Henry Saint Wilkins in the Italian Gothic style, it was constructed during the reign of Maharao Pragmalji II. The mahal features Corinthian pillars, jali work reminiscent of Rajput architecture, and many Gothic elements such as crenellations and pointed arches. The highlights of Prag Mahal include its grand Durbar Hall with a height of more than 30 feet, a clock tower which offers panoramic views of the city, and intricately carved doors and windows. Prag Mahal was partially damaged during the 2001 Gujarat Earthquake, however, restoration work has ensured that its grandeur remains preserved. This magnificent structure showcases a blend of Indian craftsmanship and European architecture, making it an important landmark in Bhuj
