The structure is a protected monument by the Archaeological Survey of India under the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act of 1958. Agrasen ki Baoli has a length and width of 60 meters and 15 meters, respectively. It is a fine example of the medieval Indian architecture that converges both utilitarian and aesthetic aspects. The Baoli has gained popularity due to its haunting legends, being featured in Bollywood films and being a serene spot in the midst of the bustling city.
