Dilli Haat is an open-air food plaza and craft bazaar located in Delhi, India. It is situated in the commercial centers of South Delhi, opposite the INA market. The complex is spread over a six-acre area and was established to promote Indian handicrafts. It is a project jointly managed by Delhi Tourism (DTDC), the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), and Delhi Textile and Handloom. The market offers an array of crafts, musical instruments, pottery, and traditional Indian handloom and handicrafts. Artisans from different states are provided a platform to showcase and sell their products directly to consumers without any middlemen. The entire setup of the market is made to resemble a traditional village market called 'Haat', where vendors put up their stalls on a rotational basis, usually for fifteen days. Dilli Haat is not just a market for buying ethnic products; it's also a cultural hub as it frequently organizes music, dance, and other cultural performances. Food stalls representing each state of India are available, offering a wide range of regional cuisines, providing visitors a taste of diverse Indian culture and tradition.

Overpriced and touristy enclave market.

Nice place for outing and shopping

It was family outing and less crowded place..tickets costs you about 30rs....offers household items, name plates , clothes , sarees and home decor...if we want to escape crowds place to be...wonderful..
